 Sea Production Ltd was spun off from Frontline's FPSO activities and  incorporated in Bermuda in February 2007.

 Sea Production Ltd develops quality Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) and Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) units.

 Sea Production Ltd endeavors to be a preferred supplier of FPSO and FSO units, utilising its diverse expertise and available conversion candidates. 

 Sea Production Ltd was registered on the Oslo OTC Market in February 2007.

 Sea Production Ltd has entered into a management agreement with Rubicon Offshore International Private Limited in Singapore.

 Rubicon Offshore International Private Limited has entered into an agreement with Sea Production Management AS in Oslo for the provision of consultancy services.
